We are 3F Living.
A team of creative professionals lead by husband & wife duo, Tomek Gil and Lindsay Joyce. Our architecture & interior design firm helps owners navigate the process of renovating their space from initial design to move in day through project coordination and owner’s representation. Through our expertise in creative problem solving and quality assurance, we build trusting relationships which allows us to deliver a personal and meaningful environment to our owners.
Lindsay Joyce brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the design and architecture community. She started her career on WETV as a featured Interior Designer and Host of the 2004 Shehouse TV show, along with a feature on HGTV "Small spaces big style" 2006.
In 2008 she transitioned her career into corporate Healthcare Design. She landed a job at HOK Architects, where she was part of the design and medical planning team for a few key projects, Princeton Medical Center, NYPresbyaterain amenities unit and Suny downstate transplant unit. In 2012, Lindsay left HOK and founded 3F Living Inc.
Lindsay’s clients appreciate her confidence, decisiveness and dedication to excellence and her talents can be felt throughout the firm. Attention to detail is essential to interior design work, and Lindsay has established a reputation for impeccable design decisions and project supervision.
With more than fifteen years of experience working in the field of architecture, Tomek Gil has extensive knowledge of the built environment. His journey began with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt institute and includes a range of experience including restoration of NYC Landmarks, international multi-billion dollar projects with a world renown design studio, and work on the newest NYC Supertall skyscrapers that shape the NYC skyline.
Tomek’s professional journey took a new turn when he met his wife and future partner, Lindsay Joyce. When Lindsay’s budding business, 3F Living, needed a strong technical and design backing, Tomek stepped in to help. With common interests and like minded design aesthetic between the two, what started as a collaboration quickly evolved into a partnership.
Tomek takes great pride in producing the highest quality work possible including architectural drawings that are both accurate and beautiful. He finds excitement in the opportunity to craft a built environment and elevate the design capabilities of every project he works on.
